Find care for yourself or a relative

Create your personal account – it is free of charge. You then confirm your email address. After that you add the required contact details and can enter your own care needs or those of a person you are authorised to represent.

You do not need to give your full name – a first name is enough, for example ‘The M. family’.
You can leave the field empty or enter just an initial.
We send the confirmation link and messages about your search to this address.
Password requirements:
  • at least 12 characters long
  • at least one of these special characters: '!, @, #, $, %, ^, &, =, *, ?, _, -, (, ), [, ]'
We process your display name and your email address to maintain your account. Unconfirmed registrations are deleted after 30 days at the latest. Details can be found in the privacy notice of the portal. Read the privacy policy (opens in a new tab)
